baby constipation solid foods

baby and mummy both having pains? only one answered!?

this sounds really stupid but i had to ask to ease my curiosity. yesterday my baby wouldn’t stop crying. normally she only cries if hungry or over tired but yesterday she wouldn’t stop. we though she might have constipation as we have started to wean her on solid foods these past two days and she hasn’t done a poo. while she was sitting on my lap i started to feel pains in my stomach. really sharp pains. i’m 10 weeks pregnant also. it felt like i had trapped wind in my stomach. could it be possible that i was feeling pain because my baby did? has anyone else had this happen to them? she’s fine now. gave her dilute orange juice and she did a big one this morning! lol

If she had reason to feel that kind of pain and you did also, that would be a coincidence. And not an uncommon one, either.
